1. Business Scope
Phone & Broadband Ltd operates as an authorized telecommunications hub. Our primary services include:
- Broadband: Official network contract facilitation.
- Trading: Buying and Selling certified pre-owned devices.
- Comparison: Independent mobile & broadband plan analysis.
- Trade-in: Device exchange for store credit or cash.
2. Broadband Contracts
As an authorized provider (SIC 61900), we facilitate contracts between customers and major UK networks. All broadband speeds, installation timelines, and monthly billing are subject to the respective network provider's terms. We guarantee official network pricing with no hidden markup.
3. Buy & Sell Policy
All customers transacting with Phone & Broadband Ltd must provide a valid UK photo ID. We utilize CheckMend to verify that no devices are lost, stolen, or blacklisted. Second-hand sales include a standard warranty, provided the device has not been tampered with or water-damaged.
4. Risk of Data Loss
Phone & Broadband Ltd is NOT responsible for any loss of personal data, photos, or documents during trade-ins, network transfers, or repairs. Customers are strictly required to back up and factory reset their devices before any transaction.
